Job Summary
Operate and keep up with cleaning hardware and devices, including the dishwasher, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing station, and waste disposal unit. Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room, tables, utensils, and equipment. Guarantee clean products are put away in suitable areas. Carry out general cleaning as directed to include sweeping, mopping up, washing up, emptying of rubbish bins and boxes ensuring placement in the correct containers, and ensuring the bin area is kept clean and tidy.
Follow all organization safety and security policies; report maintenance needs, mishaps, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to administrators. Talk with others using clear and professional language. Perform other sensible work obligations as mentioned by Supervisors.
Job Description
- Maintain a high level of training for equipment cleaning
- Bus the plates, glasses and silverware of every event
- Keep and maintain a clean workstation at all times
- Make sure that the dishes are clean and sanitized
- Responsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment
- Executes energy saving measures and helps the department to reduce the energy cost
